Introduction
I graduated from Department of Bioengineering with a BSc degree in Ege University and MSc degree in Marmara University, and performed my MSc thesis on the production of biomaterials for tissue engineering applications. Now, I am in the Bioinformatics and Systems Biology PhD program in Gebze Technical University. And, I am a memer of the BSB group since 2017.
In addition to my focus on the PhD thesis research, I am also a teaching and research assistant at Department of Bioengineering at Gebze Technical University.
Ph.D. Project
My PhD project focuses on cellular communication at spatial spectrum in cancer samples to understand underlying mechanism behind cellular crosstalk and develop novel therapeutic strategies. Currently, I am interested in omics data analysis, cancer biology, and machine learning applications in bioinformatics.
