Introduction
I have received my BSc degree from Department of Bioengineering at Marmara University (2016). Then, I have received my MSc degree from Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Program at Gebze Technical University (2019). In my master thesis, I reconstructed a brain-specific metabolic network of mouse by a homology-based approach.
I am currently a PhD student in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Program at Gebze Technical University. I am interested in constraint-based modeling, data integration, brain metabolism and also Parkinson's disease.
