Introduction
I have received my B.Sc degree from Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics at Gebze Technical University, Turkey in 2017. I have received my M.Sc degree from Bioinformatics and Systems Biology Program at Department of Bioengineering at Gebze Technical University, Turkey in 2020. I have worked on integrative analysis of transcriptome data and cellular networks to reveal molecular interactions of metastasis mechanisms in cancer in my M.Sc thesis. I am currently a Ph.D student in the same program, and my research interest is metabolomic changes in Alzheirmer's disease. I am a member of CSB group since January 2018.
