BSB 512: Systems Neuroscience

This is a graduate course taught in the M.Sc Program on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology. The course is open to students from other departments.
The purpose of the course is (i) to enable students acquire fundamental details of neurobiology, (ii) to perform practical work on computational systems neurobiology, (iii) to analyze and reproduce computational parts of research articles on systems neuroscience. The grading will mainly be through the assigned homeworks, quizzes, and a final presentation of course project.
