Introduction
I received my bachelor’s degree from the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Uskudar University in 2018. My undergraduate thesis was about sphingolipid metabolism and its effect on cancer progression. I have continued my master’s degree program in Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Gebze Technical University, since 2018 fall. During my master education, I had an internship opportunity at Yesil Science Company, which works on artificial intelligence applications in health sciences. Currently, I am working on quantitative modeling of molecular and gene networks in stem cells.
I am currently a MSc student in Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, Gebze Technical University.
MSc Project
The aim of my thesis project is to investigate the differentiation processes of stem cells and the effectiveness of the signal pathways involved in these processes by constructing mathematical kinetic models. By using this kinetic model, different conditions will be tested by time course simulations to understand the distinct processes in differentiation of stem cells.
