Introduction
I have received my BSc degree from Department of Biomedical Engineering at Erciyes University, Turkey. I am a member of CSB group since July 2018.
I am currently an MSc student in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology program at Gebze Technical University.
Ph.D. Project
My master thesis is Integrative Analysis of Multi-cellular Genome-scale Metabolic Networks with Cell Type-Specific Transcriptome Data Predicted by Deconvolution Algorithms: Application to Parkinson’s Disease. During my master's degree, I have taken part in two research projects funded by TUBITAK. The first project is the identification of potential drug targets for Salmonella enterica induced infections via host-pathogen metabolic networks. The second research project is the identification of novel drug targets by analysis of the metabolism of Parkinson’s disease.
