BSB 513: Fundamentals of Systems Biology

This is a graduate course taught in the M.Sc Program on Bioinformatics and Systems Biology. The course is open to students from other departments.
The goal is to make students familiar to the novel science of Systems Biology from a computational aspect. Statistics, Data Mining and Optimization will be the main tools taught within the systems biology framework to analyze cellular networks. The grading will mainly be through the assigned homeworks, quizzes, and a final presentation of course project.
